1. Qualifying order and finishing order are provisional until made "OFFICIAL" by NASCAR.
2. Once your driver has qualified in his starting position (subject to Rule #1) he remains your driver regardless of where he actually starts in the race.
3. Should a driver lose his qualifying position through disqualification your driver will be the one certified by NASCAR for that starting position.
4. If your driver fails to start the race through injury or illness your entry will be the driver who substitutes in that car. (Rule #2 will apply since only the driver who qualifies a car can start in that position.)
5. Race points and totals are subject to review and change at any time should errors be detected.
6. At the end of the NASCAR season if 2 or more participants in the pool are tied for a paying position a tie breaker will be applied. Tie breaker will be, in order of application, 1) number of wins; 2) number of poles. If positions are still tied the number of top 5 finishes will determine the position. The losing party will move to the next lower position.
7. There will be no weekly payout. All money will be awarded at the end of competition. The division of money will be as follows: 1st place - $700; 2nd place - $500; 3rd place - $300; fourth place - $200; 10th place - $100.
POINTS
